How can I pay for my purchases?
Payments can be made through PayPal or Create Payments using a debit or credit card. This is selected during the checkout process.
How much is postage and how quickly will you dispatch my order?
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We do not dispatch at the weekend. We aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days.
We send all orders by second class service. There is free delivery for all orders in the UK and Channel Islands.
Postage to all countries outside the UK and the Channel Islands is on the basis of £7.50. for each item ordered. We are not responsible for any customs or other charges incurred by the purchaser's own country. Please check that any items you order are not prohibited items in your country. All orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for or by Royal Mail International Tracked depending on which service is available to your address and the country to which the item is shipped.
International delivery can take anything from 4 days to 21 days depending on the Royal Mail and your country's customs department.
My parcel hasn't arrived.
Sadly from time to time the Royal Mail can take longer than their estimated timescale, especially after bank holidays and during bad weather. Please ensure that your address is correct when ordering - we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Royal Mail only considers post to be lost after 15 working days from the anticipated delivery date (20 days for European items and 25 days for the rest of the world). Business working days include Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Until this time has passed we cannot consider an item as lost and we cannot send a replacement or refund. However, please get in touch so we are aware that you are still waiting.
I would like to return my item.
Please email us if you wish to return an unused item and we can organise the replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Items should be returned to us in their original packing and in the condition received. We will only refund postage if the items are faulty. When returning items you need to use a Signed For delivery service.
